They are coached, I guess to say lots on each property to keep the show interesting but it is really a bore.Plus the bad and nervous acting, as though they are walking in house for first time, dont see a camera crew, and start to ';peruse'; each detail..Watch closely it is a scream! And dont get me started on that song...Arent all the excessive comments made by the couples on HGTV's Househunters really annoying.?
I've never seen the show, but I'm sure the acting quality and the comments are much to be desired.
