I know that adopting kids from China is becoming more popular for American couples but is it even a possibility for a same sex couple to adopt a chineese baby or does the Chineese Government not allow that? No, homosexuality is illegal in China and China has a policy to refuse adoption of children to what they consider '; deviants'; ( not for religious reasons as China is a Communist state but because homosexuality is considered unnatural by the Darwinist beliefs of the Communists)
