Going to Ocho Rios, Jamaica couples resort in Sep/Nov 08. Has anybody been there? Is that a good time to go?

Just want to know if that's a good place to go for honeymoon. Good or bad experience and what the weather is like in August-November?? Plan on staying in the Ocean Jr. Suite!Going to Ocho Rios, Jamaica couples resort in Sep/Nov 08. Has anybody been there? Is that a good time to go?
Hibiscus Lodge Hotel

I stay there every year when I do to Jamaica in Dec. Nice, lovely hotel.

Its really nice.Going to Ocho Rios, Jamaica couples resort in Sep/Nov 08. Has anybody been there? Is that a good time to go?
August %26amp; Nov is part of hurricane season....It will be hit or miss just watch the weather. We went during Thanksgiving. We caught the tailend of a tropical storm. It rained 2 of the 5 days we were there. We were in Ocho Rios I loved it. The only thing I didn't like was the long drive from the airport. Otherwise it was awesome!
If you are actually going to ';Couples, Ocho Rios';, you will LOVE it. We went to ';Couples Swept Away'; in Negril last year, and are going to Ocho Rios in April. No worries, once you go, you'll know.
well i work on cruise ships and have visited ocho rios many times. ochio rios itself i'm afraid to say is not the nicest spot to stay, you will be offered drugs every 10 yards and there are alot of beggars, but Jamaica as an island is beautiful. good thing about ocho rios is that you'll be a short taxi ride away from the Dunn river falls. a bit of a tourist trap but well worth going to. also dolphin cove where you can swim with dolphins, sting rays or nurse sharks. i was there in Aug and Sept and the weather was fine, rained alot around June July.

a insiders tip for you, great day out in a local spot the tourist don't know about. jump in a cab and ask to go to ';the blue hole'; about half hour drive. is a set of 3 waterfalls in the middle of nowhere. you can jump off, go swimming, climb trough caves. there are normally some locals there to show you around for tips.

i also would recommend the zip lining in the jungle and scuba diving.

have a good trip
