I am giving my baby up for adoption and having a hard time coming up with questions to ask the adoptive couple. I have asked already what their view on discpline. Any other questions that I could ask?What questions to ask adoptive couples...?
Start with the basics:
How is their financial stability - will they be able to raise your child financially?
What religion, if any, do they intend on raising your child?
Will they live in a healthy home - will nutritious food and exercise be encouraged?
What will they raise your child to embrace in life? (You can tell a lot about a person when they say what's important)
Will they be encouraging college?
Why do they want to adopt? What do they have to offer your child?
What kind of medical history do they have? Are they generally physically healthy? Any mental health history?
If they were to die who would be getting custody of your child?
Just a few things off the top of my head...
