I know a couple that are planning to get married in August....but the woman is already pregnant; will have her baby due next month...they want to marry in a Catholic ceremony...is that possible? what does the Catholic church see 2 couple with a baby already??

Yes, a couple can marry if they already have a baby, as long as they meet all the other requirements (going to marriage prep classes, neither one married before without annulment, etc.)

Yes they are able to get married in the Church if they wish too. There is nothing stopping them from getting married, and marriage being a sacramental vow between the couple and God is not impeded by anything. The Church does not promote out of wedlock pregnancies since it is a sin, and can only be obtained by sin, but the child is a seen as a gift of life from God under any circumstance. So it is not Church doctrine of any kind to hinder their marrying with children, contrary they will be entering into Grace by the sacrament of marriage and therefore as a family entering into full grace.
