My fiance and I are unable to invite our co-workers to our wedding in June. Two other couples that we work with are similarly situated. We have decided that the three couples together will jointly host a reception, after we get married, for all our friends and co-workers that we were unable to invite to our weddings. It is going to be a casual barbecue... how would you word an invite like this?How do I word a second reception invitation for multiple couples?

you dont need to mention in the invitation that this is a second reception, you can mention it casually at work that this is a second reception made especially for your friends and co workers that you were not able to invite to the occasion .
