What percentage of married couples actually stay together until 'death do them part'?

It's still about 49-50%. But there are 8 times more couples living together than getting married. Also people are living longer and interest change so it puts more pressure on marriages. What percentage of married couples actually stay together until 'death do them part'?
I think statistically it is about 50%.What percentage of married couples actually stay together until 'death do them part'?
30%
About 30% stay together. However, if you get divorced you're 50% more likely to marry again.

Also...there are some things that statistically correlate to a happy ending, for example: if the engagement period is fairly smooth sailing and there aren't a whole lot of problems, couples tend to stay together longer. If there are a lot of problems during the engagement period, the couples may tend to bring it up during arguments after their wedding and be less likely to talk about it because those things happened before they were actually married.

Communication is a biggie too.
It's actually closer to 30%. However, how many of them are happy?
about.30. percent do now days
I think the statistics aren't very good. In my church we believe marriage can be forever. You'd have to really love someone alot like I do my wife. She is one of the prettiest ladies I've ever met: funny, attractive, fun to be with, and one of the most stubborn mule headed women I've ever known. But I love her with all my heart.
Those that truly have God in both their lives.
who do you think would collate that kind of statistical data???
. That Data is 'collated' all the time.

Average marriage lasts 8 yrs.
