How often do normal couples sleep cuddling together?

How often do normal couples sleep cuddling together? I am gay, but it is so rare for us to sleep on other sides of the bed! It is hard for me remember a night that we did. But I have been wondering if ';cuddle-sleeping'; is normal for other people, gay OR straight. By the way, me and my husband are very abnormal, we have considered ourselves married after being together for only 3months, and that makes a total of like 1.5yrs. If you talked to us in person, you would never think we were gay either, we are very abnormal, so we don't know what ';normal'; is, if you can define such a thing, and are curious!How often do normal couples sleep cuddling together?
At the beginning of our relationship my husband and I cuddled.

Now, most of the time we don't sleep together, because he works overnight, even on his days off he sleeps with me for a little while, sometimes we snuggle for a while, but he usually wakes up after awhile and gets on the computer.

We have grown used to each sleeping alone in the bed, so I think the added body heat makes it hard to sleep. We usually end up on opposite sides of the bed.How often do normal couples sleep cuddling together?
Husband and I (straight couple) are not cuddle sleepers. I'm a little claustrophobic, and apparently thrash around a lot when I sleep. But then - maybe we're not normal... :-)
When we shared a twin bed... every night all night.

Since we got a king size bed, in the evening %26amp; in the morning... but we usually get too warm cuddling up all the time %26amp; my hubby can sweat a lot sometimes, so I have a body pillow for cuddling %26amp; propping my hip up when i'm on my side.
I cant fall asleep cuddling. I need my space to sleep.

I'm straight and have been with the same man for 9 yrs.

And this isn't some new thing that developed after we got used to each other. I've always needed my space.

He doesn't seem to have as much of that need but he is also a heavier sleeper. I think that has a lot to do with it. I'm a lght sleeper.
If u ask me there is no difference between gay cuopules and st8 couples. It really depends on the couple, some cuddle a lot some little and some onever both in gay and st8 couples. So it dosn't really matter, and never try to something just to be normal. Being unique is much more special. Thats what seperates you from everyone elese =)
I like to cuddle with my husband when I start to go to sleep-then we just seperate when we need to. I am a trasher, and I toss and turn....I sleep with a body pillowto keep my hips alligned and comfortable, that I can't achieve cuddling onto the hubby....plus, he does this strange leg-shake thing every like 19 seconds, and that's just irritating when you are trying to fall to sleep. But...we've been married for 17 years...and WE ARE WEIRD.... but it's still an answer! ;%26gt;
i never cuddle sleep with my husband :P he snores and tosses like a pyscho :O so i snuggle with these huge plushie he bought me and our new kitten
Every couple is different - if you're both happy don't sweat it.
