The best couples costumes Ive seen were a nurse and her patient...they did it right ....bandages ...slings..stethoscopes ..the white shoes..they looked real.

How about going as a priest and a pregnant nun. A couple of my friends did that one year. They even borrowed the outfits from the clergy of the local Catholic church. The priest and nun thought it was an hilarious idea.

One year my dad and his girlfriend dressed up as that old farm couple painting - you know the one with the pitch fork? She had a gray wig pulled back and my dad is bald and they carried around a big frame for the evening! They won first prize for costumes!
