Equal, but different... Typically, the consequences are child support for the father (given the relationship didn't work out) and a lot more responsibility for the mom. But, if the relationship is serious, and they are okay with having a child, it's wonderful.
The thing is, being a woman, I know a round-about-time that I'm fertile and if I wasn't wanting a baby.... I'd make a huge effort to use protection!!Why do couples have sex without condom and birth control?
Well, they're really horny and don't have any BC and the woman prays she doesn't get knocked up, or doesn't think about it, and the guy doesn't care or doesn't think. Always more consequences for the woman, she's the one who has to have the kid in the first place and is more responsible for it usually. Not always though.
Why should they not
If they are in a stable relationship and dont mind if a baby is an outcome then go on!
the consequences id say are fairly equal
aside from the fact the girl ahs to carry the baby for 9 months
there is child support- visitation rights- joint custody...blah blah...

Because they are 2 consenting adults that can make decitions about their lives.
well, we did it because we are married and wanted a baby. And its equal consequences, I guess if you want to call it that.
